Who We Are

This policy applies to Dragon Warriors Idle RPG, package name com.rjdev.dragonwarriorsidlerpg, and the Dragon Warriors website. In this policy, "Dragon Warriors", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the developer and operator of the game.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the game, we and our service providers may collect the following information:

• Account and identifiers: Firebase user ID, anonymous account status, Google Play Games sign-in status when you choose to connect it, generated player number and public Player ID, installation ID, cloud session ID, request IDs, authentication tokens, and cache lease data needed to keep your account and cloud profile working.
• Gameplay and profile data: game progress, player level, stage progress, currencies, skills, heroes, equipment, upgrades, daily and offline rewards, quest state, summon results, inbox entries, booster state, feature unlocks, Growth Pass state, settings, language preference, cloud save revisions, and server clock state.
• Purchase data: product IDs, offer IDs, plan IDs, billing period, transaction IDs, Google Play purchase tokens or receipts, purchase status, pending/deferred purchase state, subscription entitlement state, and fulfillment records for gems, meditation offers, special packs, Growth Pass, and pre-registration rewards. Payment card details are processed by the app store or payment provider and are not collected by us directly.
• Ads and consent data: rewarded ad placements, ad requests, ad views, reward grants, ad failures, consent choices, advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, and ad interaction data handled by Google AdMob, Google Mobile Ads, and related Google SDKs.
• Analytics and diagnostics: Firebase Analytics user ID, app platform, app version, authentication mode, gameplay events, progression events, reward events, purchase events, ad events, feature unlocks, Google Play install referrer campaign data, remote configuration checks, errors, and diagnostic logs used to operate and improve the game.
• Support messages: email address, message content, player ID, and any details you include when contacting support.
• Website data: basic hosting and security logs, browser/device information, and interactions with links on the Dragon Warriors website, including Google Play link clicks. The website also loads Google Fonts and links to Google Play, Instagram, X, and YouTube.

How We Use Information

• Provide the game, save your progress, restore your profile, and sync data across sessions.
• Authenticate players through Firebase anonymous sign-in and optional Google Play Games sign-in.
• Grant rewards, validate purchases, manage subscriptions and entitlements, and prevent duplicate claims.
• Serve rewarded ads, process ad consent choices, and grant in-game rewards after eligible ad views.
• Fetch remote configuration, check app version requirements, validate server time, and support fair-play controls.
• Analyze gameplay, stability, economy balance, ad performance, install campaign performance, and feature usage so we can improve Dragon Warriors.
• Respond to support requests, investigate account issues, and enforce game rules.
• Comply with legal obligations, platform policies, security requirements, and fraud prevention needs.

Third-Party Services

Dragon Warriors uses third-party services that may collect and process information under their own policies:

• Firebase for authentication, analytics, remote configuration, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Hosting, and cloud save services.
• Google, including Google Play Games, Google Play, Google Mobile Ads, AdMob, User Messaging Platform, and Google Fonts.
• Unity services and Unity packages, including Unity IAP and Unity platform components used in the game build.
• Platform stores and social/community links, including Google Play, Instagram, X, and YouTube, when you open those external services.

These providers may process data such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app activity, purchase records, and diagnostics according to their own privacy practices.

Sharing Information

We may share information in these limited situations:

• With service providers that operate game infrastructure, cloud saves, analytics, ads, billing, hosting, and support workflows.
• With app stores and payment providers to process purchases, subscriptions, refunds, fraud checks, and entitlement validation.
• When required by law, regulation, legal process, platform policy, or to protect rights, safety, security, and game integrity.
• With your direction, for example when you open an external community or store link.

We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising And Consent

Dragon Warriors uses rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Current rewarded ad placements include offline reward doubling, 10x skill summon ads, gold boosters, experience boosters, and Coin Goblin rewards. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, consent choices, platform settings, and ad provider availability. Where required, the game may show a consent prompt through Google's User Messaging Platform before serving ads or using ad-related identifiers.

You can manage advertising choices through in-game consent prompts where available, your device advertising settings, and Google ad settings.

Permissions And Device Access

Dragon Warriors uses internet access for authentication, cloud saves, purchases, ads, remote configuration, website links, and support links. The Google Play Games plugin currently includes Android permissions related to Nearby Connections, including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi state, and coarse location. Dragon Warriors does not use precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, health data, SMS, or call logs for gameplay, analytics, advertising, or support. If we add a feature that uses additional sensitive device access, we will update this policy and provide any required in-app disclosure or permission prompt.

Local Storage And Cloud Saves

The game stores progress and settings locally on your device and may also sync profile data to cloud services after Firebase authentication. Local data may include encrypted profile files, PlayerPrefs values, installation ID, settings, pending economy actions, cached cloud profile data, cache lease data, and per-user local cache encryption material returned by the backend. Removing the app or clearing app data may delete local progress that has not been synced.

Retention And Deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the game, maintain your account or cloud save, process purchases, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and support backups or audit records.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Dragon Warriors account/profile data by contacting support@dragonwarriorsgame.com or by using our account deletion request form. Include your Player ID if available. Deleting your cloud profile may also affect linked anonymous/Firebase profile data, cloud saves, server-side progression, and account status records. Some records, such as purchase, fraud prevention, security, chargeback, entitlement, and legal compliance records, may need to be retained where permitted or required by law.

Your Choices

• You can play with Firebase anonymous authentication or choose to connect Google Play Games if that option is available in your build.
• You can adjust ad personalization and reset your advertising ID through your device or Google settings.
• You can decline optional rewarded ads, though ad-based rewards will not be granted unless the ad is completed and confirmed.
• You can use the Settings panel support link to include your Player ID when contacting us about privacy or account requests.
• You can contact support to request help with privacy questions or account data requests.

Children

Dragon Warriors is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to review and delete it where required.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including authenticated cloud requests, HTTPS transport where supported by providers, server-side validation, cloud save revision checks, and local profile protection measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Processing

Dragon Warriors and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. These countries may have different data protection laws from your location.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the game, website, service providers, legal requirements, or platform requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page shows when this policy was last updated.
